THe venue

The Rickhouse is a warehouse-style venue in downtown Durham with views of the original Durham Bulls Ballpark. The Rickhouse is one of Durham's newest Event Venues. It’s located in the Central Park district of downtown Durham. The Rickhouse boasts restored and reclaimed wood and exposed brick throughout. Inside space will comfortably seat 400 and the partially covered deck makes a fun spot for cocktail hour.

The Raleigh durham international airport (RDU)

For those traveling long distances, we recommend flying into RDU (an international airport located 15 minutes from Downtown Durham and our venue). RDU is the main airport serving Raleigh, Durham, and the surrounding Research Triangle region of North Carolina.

The annual conference brings together staff, scholars, and other scientists to share and workshop their research, and connects them with practitioners, journalists, and politicos who are interested in both shaping and harnessing the science of moral understanding.
